Based on the understanding that every believer is saved and gifted by grace, and is “God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared beforehand” (Eph. 2:10), Graceworks is designed to help members of the FBNO body make the connection between God’s grace at work in each of us and God’s works prepared for each of us.

Graceworks 101 is a 6-week or weekend intensive course  exploring the biblical teachings on the way God’s grace works through the personality, abilities, felt passions, spiritual gifts and life experiences of each individual member of the body. During this course, participants are encouraged to complete a series of PLACE assessments to help them begin to recognize their unique design as a member of the body.

The Graceworks Consultation is the member’s opportunity to sit down face-to-face with a consultant and go over the results of their assessments. During this one hour meeting, the member is encouraged to take a close look at God’s grace at work in his/her life and ministry within every sphere of influence God has provided.
